As a New York Feng Shui consultant and change agent, you can imagine I get an in-depth look at a lot of cool New York City homes and apartments. But I still couldn't resist this feature in Elle Decor that offers a pictorial of Hilary Swank's new, NYC apartment.

The positive chi in this apartment should contribute to future years of success for Hilary. Check out the brightly colored plants and flowers in the main living area. The round table is also good Feng Shui.

Her bedroom has a sense of balance with matching night stands and, again, the flowers add positive life chi to the space. Her headboard is solid and firmly attached to the bed, which will add stability to the actress's life.

I think my favorite room, though, is her study. It's such a cozy room, and that bright red throw pillow and, again, the live flowers are good Feng Shui. Red is a good color for fame, and while the comfy throw pillows are a focal point, they don't overpower the room with too much of the fire element.
