Ken Lauher Shows Weekend Today Viewers How to “Feng Shui Your Love Life”

Feng Shui consultant to appear on NBC's Weekend Today in New York, Sunday, January 24, 2010 between 7:30 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.
As we gear up for Valentine's Day, our minds turn to thoughts of romance: attracting a lover, keeping a lover, making our sex life sizzle. Whatever improvements you want to make to your love life, Feng Shui can help.
Feng Shui is the ancient Eastern art of arranging your environment to be more in harmony with your goals and desires and promote the flow of chi (energy) through a space.
Ken Lauher, Feng Shui consultant to the stars, will appear live on NBC's Weekend Today in New York show, on Sunday, January 24, 2010 to show us how we can redesign our environment, and in particular our bedroom, to:
- attract love
- strengthen our romantic relationship
- improve our sex life.
During the segment, airing 7:40 AM Sunday, Ken will offer six tips to viewers for improving their love life using Feng Shui. Areas he will discuss include:
1. The most important objects to place in the relationship corner of your bedroom to improve all your personal relationships.
2. The optimal size for your bed, whether you are single or in a relationship.
3. Where to position your bed for a restful night's sleep and to put you in better command of your love life.
4. How your headboard might be pushing love and opportunities away - and what you can do about it!
5. Why "two" is the best number for design elements, including nightstands, in anyone's bedroom.
6. The best colors to paint your bedroom to find lasting love and romance.
"So many people don't realize how they inadvertently sabotage their love life with common design mistakes in the bedroom," Lauher says. "For example, if a person has exercise equipment in their relationship corner, they may find their relationship is a ‘workout' - they have to work too hard at it."
He continues, "Positive items to place in the relationship area include photos of you and your significant other during happy times, or pictures and representations of couples rather than individual people."
No stranger to television, print and the Web, Ken Lauher recently appeared on the TLC show, Moving Up, where he helped a client set up a new home and create a peaceful bedroom sanctuary.
He looks forward to the chance to help Weekend Today show viewers evaluate their own bedrooms and use Feng Shui to make positive changes in their love life.
