my factory is south facing and having two doors . one big and another small. what to do .i m not getting good labour. oders are pending but no production

Great information Ken! My apartment building entrance is in the middle and has stairs that go to 2nd floor landing. (apartment door's are at an angle) Left side Example /\ apartment 5 and 7 almost facing Right side example /\ 6 and 8 are on the right side are almost facing. When you are on the 2nd floor landing another set of stairs goes directly down to the back door. 
 
 
 
I've been doing allot of searching to see if there is a good cure for this.
