How to Make a Vision Board
You can create a visualization board from photographs you take, pictures you clip from magazines, or even your own drawings. But what most people don't realize is that a vision board should be a changing, evolving document. You don't place the pictures on your visualization board and forget about them. You should hang your vision board in a place where you will not only see it every day, but where you can study it and capture the emotions associated with attaining the items you place on it.

Don't Be Intimidated, Just Begin
The thought of browsing through magazines, clipping pictures, and gluing them onto oak tag may seem like a time consuming process. But creating a vision board doesn't have to be complicated. If the idea of creating an actual board doesn't appeal to you, place the photos of things you want, trips you want to take, or goals you want to achieve on your refrigerator. If you see something you want -- a new car, a bedroom set, a house, or even a vacation -- clip it out and hang it on your refrigerator.
This is a great place to put everything you want to keep in your conscious mind. We look at our refrigerator every day, and we spend a lot of time in the kitchen. Since the food we eat can represent our abundance -- just as a vision board does -- it's a perfect fit.
As you achieve a goal or obtain an item on your vision board, it's easy to pull it down off the refrigerator and replace it with a picture of the next step on your life's journey.
Make sure to keep your refrigerator vision board neat and uncluttered, so you'll get a sense of peace when you look at it. Your vision board should make you feel inspired, not overwhelmed.
