Our homes and apartments reveal secrets about our life that we may be too busy to recognize on a daily basis. That's why it's good to remain in the moment and focused on the immediate task when you clean your house or apartment. During these times, we are most likely to hear the “stories” our homes are telling us. In many cases, these are also the stories we tell ourselves about our past, our present, our capabilities and our future.
Creating stories about our life isn't a bad thing -- unless we find those stories holding us back.
