Feng Shui Your Bedroom for Fertility

Feng Shui FertilityAre you part of a couple that's trying to get pregnant? Have you been trying to conceive for years with no success? Struggling with infertility, especially unexplained infertility, can be disheartening for women and their partners.

You can Feng Shui your bedroom and use a blend of strong intention and positive belief, to increase your chances of getting pregnant.

Follow these tips for a Feng Shui bedroom to increase your fertility.

1. Make sure there is nothing under your bed.
According to Feng Shui principles, Ling -- an embryonic form of life chi -- circulates beneath the bed. When a woman conceives, the ling enters her body to give life to the embryo growing inside. Objects under the bed -- even soft objects -- may block the ling and prevent conception. A captain's bed or bed without legs leaves no room for ling to form and circulate.

2. Use red sheets for passion in a Feng Shui bedroom. When a couple is trying to conceive, sex can become a chore. If finding the time and energy to get pregnant is inhibiting your efforts, add a touch of red to your Feng Shui bedroom -- perhaps in the form of red sheets or red roses on the nightstand -- to bring the passion back into your relationship.

3. Empower the children and creativity trigram of the Ba Gua in your Feng Shui bedroom. Based on Feng Shui principles, the element metal, along with the color white, corresponds with the children and creativity trigram of the Ba Gua. You can Feng Shui your bedroom for a successful conception by using a metal symbol in that area of your room -- perhaps a small metal statue of a child, or your own bronzed baby boots. You can also place white flowers in this space to introduce living chi that will encourage conception.

Also, pay attention to what you currently have in this area of your bedroom -- are you unknowingly sabotaging your attempts at procreation with objects that tell a different story about your goals and intentions? Piles of clutter in that corner, mementos that emphasize your status as a childless couple, or anything that may create stress could be blocking your attempts to conceive.

4. Minimize stress for a Feng Shui bedroom that encourages creation. A bedroom that is a sanctuary designed for rest and certain forms of recreation will help a couple relax and take the pressure off their attempts to conceive. Keep books, computers and exercise equipment out of a Feng Shui bedroom to create a peaceful sanctuary.

Suseela, there are a variety of different items that can lead to feeling overly tired and lazy. One thing you'll want to do is to get your body moving. This could include walks in a park, daily exercise or reconnecting with nature. Take a moment to figure out to get your body moving in the form of exercise and reconnecting with nature.
