I find your blog post today very interesting. Several years ago I got a contact to work with a funeral services company that also owned cemeteries. Their training centre was in the company’s original head office on the property of their largest cemetery. As I would drive through the cemetery I could feel the stress leave my body. That may seem like an odd reaction, but what I discovered was, that if I was having a bad day, I would realize I was still alive, breathing and all could change in a heartbeat. It made me appreciate where I was and I was grateful for another day on earth. I think part of chi is all about perspective.
