What Will Your One Good Deed Be Today?

His Holiness Lin Yun Rinpoche says time and time again that you should do one good deed a day. I've found over the years that when I act on this one point, I'm truly rewarded in ways I never thought possible.
Today, take a moment and do a good deed for a total stranger. It could be buying someone lunch, purchasing a book, a simple smile, holding a door open, or helping someone navigate directions. The deed does not have to involve money.
